Is it necessary to download a different housekeeping app?

No, the Chumba Channel Orchestra app has a housekeeping feature. Your cleaning personnel will only see their housekeeping module when they log into the Orchestra app.

What is the best way to add workers and assign rooms?

It can be done under the Housekeeping Configuration area of the Chumba Channel Platform. A user with administrative privileges can only add employees and assign rooms.

What is the backup staffing and how does task scheduling work?

Room service inquiries are immediately forwarded to the staff member in charge of that room. You may also add backup staff to the rooms so that inquiries are sent to backup staff if the primary staff is unavailable or busy.
